The gifts looked amazing and I'm sure the recipients will love them. The delivery was just as advertised and the personalization process easy and fast. Unfortunately one of my gifts (the lid of my wine box) arrived a tiny bit chipped. It's not too noticeable though

Com um atendimento tão bom, o único ponto "a melhorar", é poder comprar ainda mais coisas com a Your Surprise!
O atendimento foi impecável em todos os sentidos. Minha encomenda foi danificada no envio e foi substituída no dia seguinte, ainda à tempo de presentear a colega de trabalho. A resposta que tive foi rápida e perfeita para a situação, assim todos ficaram satisfeitos.

They are very nice and do say what I asked for. I do think they were a bit pricey as I thought it was embroidered on. I do however really like the packaging as it was easy to remove the address label and re purpose the box to send to final recipient

Nothing to improve on. My partner loved his gift, information about production of bag and delivery were excellent couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you so much

I ordered the big kittkat. I called CS because I later realized that was coming from the Netherlands. I decided to pay faster shipping just in case. However, I got it even before the expected day. It looks just like the picture. I will keep ordering from this website.
